if we never really started, how could it be over? [19 Jul 2005|12:53am] ¯ Explosions In The Sky - "Our Last Days as Children" You know when the timing's perfect and you want to say something to someone but you just, can't? You just look at them, and you can't find the words to say. Words, that would probably make a difference? Like, "have you heard of this?" or "Thrice is really good for their drumming- they're really tight and fast." I don't know, what the fuck is wrong with me. Lack of sleep. That or overthinking. At the moment I am wishing: - to start a Pixies/Fugazi/Jawbox type of band and play bass and or guitar. - to develop my skills at layering and all that technical junk. - to stop regretting a whole bunch of senseless things. - to stop thinking about unattainable things. ie.) um, nevermind. Unfortunately my days have consisted of: - Cooking, cleaning and being a full time mom. - Painting and sketching fruit (which I will not share) - Doing tedious Excel work for my mom (sit at home job $$) - Trying to move things in and out of my room downstairs.
